The Best Damn Tour

The same girl who brought us the hits complicated, sk8rboi and I’m with you, is now here to rock Manila. The 23 year old Canadian singer Avril Lavigne is set to take her concert tour “The Best Damn Thing” on September 3, 2008 at the Araneta Coliseum.

The Grammy Awards nominee and 2002 MTV’s Best New Artist will be banging her way in the Philippines for the second time around as she will be performing her chart-topping hits in her new album of the same title. And just like her first concert here, surely this second one is another hit.

Additional Info: Aside from singing, the punk princess is also a songwriter and a fashion designer. She launched her own clothing line called Abbey Dawn. She got the name from his dad, because his father used to her Abbey Dawn when she was still a little girl. She even confessed that she never had a hard time entering a new kind of industry aside from music because she really likes dressing up to. The idea came as she saw her fans mimicking her style especially in clothing. Finally, she already set the trend in fashion regarding those “preppy clothes".
